Liposuction

Liposuction, also called lipoplasty or simply lipo is a cosmetic procedure that breaks up and sucks fat from the body that you cannot be reduced through diet and exercise. It is often done by plastic surgeons on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, neck, chin, upper and backs of the arms, calves, and back to improve their shape. Generally, liposuction is done together with plastic surgeries like nose correction, lip augmentation, facelift and breast implantation. However, it is known that liposuction is not of much use with regards to weight loss. Liposuction is strictly a cosmetic procedure and not fitness-oriented. Patients undergo a weight loss of just 1 to 1.5 kilograms, and that too only for a few months.
